Prayer Walk - Covering Our Kid’s Ministry Building - Beyond Now
On Feb. 22, between each service, our church family has the opportunity to walk the perimeter of the new Kid’s Ministry Building, while intentionally praying and dedicating this space to the Lord, before the first child even walks through the doors.
As we walk, we will pray Beyond Now—beyond the walls being built, beyond the present moment, and into the generations who will be shaped here. We will ask God to establish this center as holy ground: a place of safety, joy, healing, and deep spiritual formation.
We will pray for:
- Children who will learn here—that they would know they are deeply loved by God and created with purpose
- Families—that this space would strengthen homes and draw hearts closer to Christ
- Teachers and leaders—that they would serve with wisdom, compassion, and endurance
- Protection and peace—over every classroom, hallway, and gathering space
This prayer walk is a reminder that while buildings matter, what God does through them matters most. We are believing that the seeds planted now—in prayer, faith, and obedience—will bear fruit far beyond today.
We also have the self-guided February Prayer Walk set up around the lake. The focus is on the LOVE of CHRIST, so you can extend your prayer time on Sunday, if you choose to, or come anytime during the week. We hope this will be a meaningful time of prayer and reflection for you.
